Yesterday Colleen and I visited friends.  It was a good time except for the one unexpected occurance.  For some reason one of the friends scared the holy hell out of our daughter when she got too close to him.  It was definitely a first. 

Neither Colleen or myself had ever seen anything like that happen, and of course I blurted out "that has never happened before".  I got one heck of a dirty look for saying that.  There I go, just telling the truth again.  Sorry.  Despite that first outburst, she really does like you.
