We are all now in New Jersey after an uneventful plane ride. For the first few days of our stay, we are staying with my sister and brother in law and Avery’s cousins. Upon looking at their collection of photos and holiday cards on their refrigerator, one photo stuck out. It was one of Avery, but unlike all the others, it was bent all over.

When questioned about the photo’s condition, my sister stated “the kids play with her”.

Huh?

“Yeah, they come running in the kitchen asking to play with Avery and snatch the photo off the fridge and head off around the house ‘playing’ with Avery (or at least the photo).”

Awesome … that is child ingenuity.
