To clarify – I have not referred to “babysitting” Avery. Heaven help me if I were to – I could not even imagine. I wanted to warn dads that this term should be avoided as if it were the plague.

It is just a reflection of society’s REAL mindset though, don’t you think? The mother is the ONE…anyone else…ANYONE else is just HELPING her out, right? tee hee My dh doesn’t ever have to wonder who will take loving care of his children while he takes lunch with a coworker…I would have to plan for a week to pull off lunch..or just call dh and inform him I’ll be gone for an hour so he might want to come home that day for lunch as his children will be there unsupervised. *grin*
