Confused as to what “Baby Circuit Training” is? So was I when Colleen first mentioned it. My first thought was “is it a good thing to be lifting weights at such a young age”, but she soon answered my confusion.

Baby Circuit Training (def.) = The act of moving a child from location to location at the moment after he or she becomes fussy, but just before they melt down in order to prevent the meltdown. An art if performed correctly and executed at the perfect moments, and planning ahead is recommended.
