Last night was our bi-monthly dinner club, and that meant we needed something to do with Avery. We decided to find a babysitter, and not to jinx ourselves, I think we hit the jackpot. Avery was happy, the babysitter was good (come on, she even unloaded our dishwasher), and we were able to get out of the house and socialize.

What still amazes me is that we paid $40 and our daughter was asleep less than an hour after we left. I guess watching movies in our basement is pretty decent paying job. Sorry, we are not hiring.
