We spent today in the old city of Jerusalem. We were on our feet for a good 5 or 6 hours, but it was well worth it. We did cram a couple of days worth of sightseeing into 4 hours, though. We first ate lunch and observed Jerusalem from an observation point, then [...]

We were up at 6:45 this morning for workout, and walked over to the pool. The pool really was stellar. It was 33 meters long, with no lane lines and no backstroke flags, but hey, it was a pool and we were able to swim.

Max Jaben and I are members of the United States delegation headed to swim this month at the Maccabiah Games in Israel. Recently the Jewish Chronicle sat down with us both, and this article came out of that discussion.
