With this week being my first full week of heavy training in a long while (since probably March or April), I had the chance to go 8000 yards last night. For those of you who swim, you know how long that is. For those of you who do not, try 320 laps in a 25 yard pool. I woke up pretty sore this morning, but feel a sense of accomplishment. As sore as I am, my body is finally feeling better (if you can understand that). It justs shows what some physical activity can do for your body. Hmm, those rumors about exercise ARE true.
